Digital publishing
Digital publishing
What is digital publishing i.e digital magazines is any type of written publishing like books magazines or newspapers that is published on the internet / made available on the internet (digitally published). A example of this would be publishings like vice magazine or the metro online. https://www.vice.com/en_uk http://metro.co.uk/
I'm going to create a digital publishing product ( magazin ) i'm going to crate content for this and photos this will be done on a chosen topic for said magazin i will also have to identify the audience for the mag and the purpose. I will aslo analyse already existing products to aid me in creating my product and do see how i should / could laye it out and what to put a the cover and what would interest me and what i should do to make it interest more people on the cosen arya.

We discussed about what we would like our charity to be called what ouer logo should look like and how ouer scenes will / could look like .

Task 1.A Genre & Styles
Modernism - This refers to art produced between 1860 and 1970 the whole premise of the art style is not be like the established art i.e classical art like Da Vinci.
International style - This is a art style from is from the 15th and 16th centuries from Burgundy,France it is also gothic in form and very prevalent in western Europe and in Churches.
Postmodernism - This a movement that takes aspects form all art styles in their work and like to not "discriminate" any art and like to break barriers between the art style too.
Grunge - An art style that describes itself as trash and is supposed to make people feel disgust and shock it is made to turn you away.
OP Art - This stand for optical illusions this is made specifically to trick your brain and make you question what you see in the image.
Pop art - This is an art style that is from the 1950s and was mainly poularys by comic books they mainly paint ordinary items like cola bottles cans of soup (Andy Warhol) and people. It is also modernistic in style.
Art Nouveau - This is an art style from the 1920s it usually portrays nature and architecture infakt items and buildings with such design are called Art Nouveau like lamps from the 20s ,30s and 50s and buildings like the Empire State in New York and the Prudential building in Warsaw.
Punk - This is a art style associate with the punk subculture which started in London in the late 80s and thou the 90s it usually consists of bringing colors and is very visual in most cases it contains a Union Jack and skulls it is also modernistic in style.
Urban - It is a style developed in large cities and or citys in general it is usually done with spray paint however a lot of people don't see it as art but vandalism and mess (Bancy)
Anime - It comes from Japan it comes from japanese video games it is usually shown in Japanese cartoons and manga.
Kitsch - German word of trash it is used to describe an art that is cheap or vulgar it was very popular in the 20s up to the 30s making its resurgence in the mid 80s thanks to mass production and the development of the punk subculture and its trash art style this art form it fit right in.
Photo Realistic - This is when an artist takes a photo and tries to recreate the photo on paper as realistic as possible until you can't tell the difference.
Futuristic - This is a movement that originated from Italy this is when an artist portrays / tries to portray how the future will look and or how the world could look in the near future.
Cartoon - It is related to anime this is usually a drawing that is then manipulated on camera to make it look like it is moving / has movement i.e animation.
Factual - To do with real life and current affairs i.e the news or documentaries on the History Channel.
Editorial - This is writing in an newspaper and or a magazine.
lifestyle - This is a magazine that talks about different lifestyles like fishing hunting boating and others like that.
Music - This could be either the different music styles like hip hop and reggae or a magazine talking about the music like rolling stone .
Action - This is a genre in movies and Tv this is when the main character faces hard challenges it usually includes guns cars and fast and intense scenes movies like die hard ,bad boys and lethal weapon.
