Swot analysis :

Fashion magazine :  This magazines strength is that  it caters to a new wave of people who enjoy fashion. People who love clothing, will enjoy my magazine as it will appeal to them and cause interest. My magazine is unique, as it offers new styles people can try out, the trending fashions, prices and what fashion sense celebrities follow.

Weaknesses, it doesn’t offer all type of fashions as it mainly aimed at shoes and sneakers, new styles and different platforms where you can purchase these.

Opportunities, i could possibly cross over and collab with other shoe magazines or companies. People who love shoes (sneakerheads) would be interested too. I could possibly sell and gain more attraction because of this and possibly get a partnership or offer people partnerships to advertise my magazine, if it gets popular.

What is digital publishing i.e digital magazines is any type of written publishing like books magazines or newspapers that is published on the internet / made available on the internet (digitally published).  I'm going to create a digital publishing product ( magazin ) i'm going to crate content for this and photos this will be done on a chosen topic for said magazin i will also have to identify the audience for the mag and the purpose. I will aslo analyse already existing products to aid me in creating my product and do see how i should / could laye it out and what to put a the cover and what would interest me and what i should do to make it interest more people on the cosen arya.
