evaluaton

How helpful was your analysis research on your chosen theme?
My analysis was useful as I further know how to make my movie with more profecanal angles and make my move more profecanal and now I already know how to take a movie apart and analysis.

How helpful / successful was the pre-production process?
It was ferly successful as we could get a brief idea of how we want the scenes and movie in general to look however in reality we ended up changing quite a bit of things like the amount of classrooms we used and what type of watch we used but most of the changes were done on the fly and or had to be done due time constraints or lake of softer/knowledge.

How successful was your production (filming)?
We were very successful in our filming we were also able to change and add things on the fly and in general we knew the different shots which made our movie very professional all thou at the start we did have a fewer problems with the camera and with the setting as some of the places were in use but over all we were quit successful in filming owner flick.

Audience feedback
The audience feed back was genuinely positive although telly were lafing instead of being scared wich was not the point as the flick is sifi hora  not comedy sifi.

What improvements could you have made?
If we had more  knowledge about the editing software we used and a bit more time then we probably would have made it  lees rugh and more profesnal and sound more clean and crisp.

Discuss strengths and weaknesses of you’re a-B Story making reference to the codes and conventions of other factual programmes you have seen.
The strengths of my movie are the filming because we followed shots from different type of movie like Death Note, shots like establishing shots and extreme close ups and this allowed our movie to follow the success criteria of the different type of shots because we watched a movie with these types of shots and also shots like over shoulder shots. We saw how it was performed in Death Note and we produced some over shoulder shots and it really gives the movie a better effect. The weaknesses of our story would be the audio because our problem with the exportation failing, it didn't create that creepy, build up tensions in the shots like it did in the movie Death Note.

Textual Analysis

Textual Analysis – The Seven Five ( Netflix ) From 0.35 to 5.00.
Documentary.

( Jakub Wilczewski )

The documentary starts with diegetic narrated sound of a prosecutor and Michael Dowd on a blank screen followed by a edited in date. At 0.33 there is wide shot of the court which is the establishing shot (one of many) this is followed by a cut and close up shot of Dowd’s face as the oath is being administered in this sane their is also a lot of non diegetic ambient sound from the court as Dowd enters. In the sane there is also a slow shot reverse shot from the prosecutes to Dowd furthermore there is also a quick fade to the courtroom. In this opening sane there is a mixture of diegetic and non diegetic sound with a small camera angle that only shows a few people in shot at a time.

Establishing shot of NYC with a voiceover and low post synchronised sound, there are multiple shot reverse shots and extreme low and high angle  extreme  close ups to drug use and raids . This also includes archive footage edited in narration and with a theme song in the background too. In these scenes there are also multiple cuts to inteuses and newsreels and images of East New York Brooklyn which could be called establishing shots for the rest of the documentary which also sets the scen for the whole documentary letting us know that this documentary is about the crack epidemic of the 80s and corruption in the 75 precinct.

Mise-en-scene: Nearly all the people are dressed formally in sites or shirts there are guns used in in some of the archive footage and riot gear too inanition to this third are drugs and jewelry and alcohol all cut in and 80s gang clothing. Police uniforms fire uniforms .

Podcast evaluation

I think that the podcast could have been a bit longer however what content there is quite good, also the audio quality is good and clear. ...
